Excellent PLACE scores

The services which PropCare provides ensure that the healthcare facility is maintained to the highest standards. The standard of these services was appraised through the annual NHS PLACE led appraisal with fantastic feedback and results. Most notably that the food service at Clatterbridge Liverpool was scored the highest of any specialist cancer trust and within the top five scores in the country.

Paddington Community Diagnostic Centre mobilisation and formal opening

In a landmark agreement in March 2023, The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust acquired the Paddington Diagnostic Centre on behalf of the NHS in Cheshire & Merseyside. Upon acquisition, the healthcare facility required a high level of alteration to enable the facility to become a first class cancer diagnostic centre.

Our specialist services supported the Trust through the acquisition phase, providing detailed due diligence on all aspects of the facility and assets to enable a fully informed acquisition process. Following this, PropCare was a driving force in ensuring the facility was adapted, mobilised, commissioned and opened to the public within a 12 week period.

Delivery of capital schemes enhancing the patient and staff environment

PropCare delivered a multi-million pound work plan to enhance the healthcare facilities across the Clatterbridge estate. Notable achievements include complex roof replacements, completed within a live clinical setting and the creation of brand new offices and facilities for clinical support staff.

Collaborations for efficiencies across C&M

PropCare has continued to expand its services to NHS Trusts across Cheshire & Merseyside, supporting collaborative innovations and the sharing of best practice across the region.
