Acting in the roles of client side Project Director, NEC Supervisor, Project Accountant and project management support to the operational team, PropCare has brought a level of expertise and professionalism to the management of the project which, together with their understanding of the NHS, has resulted in both delivery of an excellent facilities on completion of Phase 1 and the provision of high levels of assurance to myself and to the LHCH Board.
The PropCare team works closely with the Trust to plan and execute a range of projects across the Clatterbridge estate ranging from major capital builds, energy and sustainability improvements, lifecycle asset replacement and supporting the Trust in aligning estates and clinical strategies. PropCare has delivers schemes which incorporate the needs of the Trust, ensuring a safe and compliant environment with a focus on added value.
As PropCare is part of the NHS and has first-hand experience in delivering a range of estates and facilities services we reached out to PropCare as a critical friend and the service they provided was insightful and supportive.
PropCare worked closely with the Trust to ensure that the design and the build of the hospital provided a first class cancer facility within the centre of Liverpool. Delivering the project during the challenges of a global pandemic, PropCare ensured delivery of the construction and mobilisation phases within budget and to programme. PropCare remain a valued partner delivering first class estates services to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust.
