Head of Operations

Danielle joined PropCare in 2019 during the construction and mobilisation of the services within Liverpool’s state-of-the-art Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Danielle is PropCare’s Head of Operations overseeing a team of Operations Managers and Compliance Officers ensuring compliant assets, infrastructure and adherence to contracted service levels across the Clatterbridge Cancer centre estates.

I am passionate about ensuring a high quality and compliant environment which provides continued improvements and added value to the NHS.

About Danielle

Danielle has vast experience in operational services within healthcare environments. She has worked within a number of Foundation Trusts across Cheshire and Merseyside building a portfolio of knowledge in the management healthcare estates services.

Now Head of Operations at PropCare, she works closely with the Trust, providing safe, compliant and well maintained healthcare facilities and patient environments.

Throughout her career, she’s built up an impressive track record, not only for the development of new and existing policies, but also for the mobilisation and establishment of new services and the development of robust compliance auditing and reporting methods.

Danielle is driven to provide staff and patients the best environment to support the provision of excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring PropCare provides compliant and effective managed healthcare facilities that are maintained to the highest standards, and providing the best possible environment for building users, patients and staff
  • Maintaining compliant service delivery in accordance statutory requirements and NHS guidelines.
  • Developing and managing service specifications and agreements that meet our clients’ needs for all aspects of managed healthcare facilities
  • Providing assurance of compliance to stakeholders and maintaining accurate governance of service delivery.
