Working for Propcare and providing first class healthcare facilities to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Trust and other NHS partners is something I am proud of. The work from my team and I makes a positive impact through improvements to the patient and staff environment of existing and new NHS estate.
About Phil
Phil has experience of managing teams nationally to plan and deliver projects on NHS estate. He has led with the long term life cycle planning on these sites with collaborative working so that these plans meet both the contractual requirements and the Trusts long term estates strategy.
He has a track record of achieving exceptional results in challenging live clinical environments where time frames and budgets are required to be strictly adhered to.
