I take great pride in leading my team to successfully deliver services and innovations which support the goals of our NHS partners. There is no greater motivation than working in partnership with the NHS to provide high standard healthcare facilities which make a difference to the patient environment and support the delivery of excellent patient care.

Owen holds overall responsibility for the delivery and continued innovation of PropCare’s services. Providing effective leadership through guidance, motivation and a passion to deliver excellent services to PropCare’s clients.
Owen has an impressive understanding of private and public sector healthcare facilities within both foundation Trusts and large acute Trusts. He has a reputation for providing a collaborative approach to supporting service partners to achieve their objectives, and a track record of creating and implementing strategies to navigate complex schemes within a range of challenging healthcare environments.
He is driven by providing staff and patients the best environment to support the provision of excellent patient care whilst providing continued innovation and added value to the NHS.
