About Rob

Joining PropCare in 2023 following a stint with UK facilities management company, Mitie, Rob is one of two in-house project managers here at PropCare and is responsible for overseeing a diverse array of contracts and variations. From design and build projects and conversions, to the sustainable delivery of innovative energy schemes, Rob’s expertise and professionalism help guarantee the smooth, safe, and compliant delivery of our clients’ projects.

Covering the full project life cycle, from conceptualisation and design right through to construction and handover, his years of project management and site-based experience have made him an invaluable addition, helping him to see each challenge from multiple perspectives, whilst ensuring robust stakeholder engagement, and an adherence to both budgetary and programme expectations.

Indeed, soon after his arrival at PropCare, he played a pivotal role in the transformation of the old physics building on the Clatterbridge Wirral estate, converting an aged radiotherapy facility into state of the art office space, providing much-needed clinical support services within a first class environment and helping the Clatterbridge Trust to deliver its strategic objectives.

Spending 12 years as an HVAC Engineer, Rob worked throughout the UK for a number of different organisations before joining Mitie as an Assistant Project Manager in 2022, gaining his SMSTS qualification before joining PropCare just over a year later.

Key responsibilities

• Liaising with and reporting to PropCare’s leadership and senior management
• Ensuring compliance to all relevant standards, obligations and guidance
• Allocating and controlling budgets, resource and programme
• Monitoring actual performance against contract expectations
• Monitoring quality assurance throughout all stages of the project
• Acting as the interface between the client, our delivery partners, and PropCare’s leadership
