About Gareth

Gareth holds overall responsibility for all Financial and Commercial aspects of PropCare’s business delivery, supporting the development of strategy and the ongoing identification of new products and services.

Gareth is a certified accountant with extensive experience as a senior commercial finance professional within a broad range of C-level positions. He has an impressive track record in large international companies delivering strategic business transformation via performance improvement, driving turnaround / large scale commercial projects with tangible added value to a broad range of clients.

A highly commercial individual, who sets and requires exacting standards, combining excellent analytical skills, financial and commercial acumen with proven leadership. He is driven by providing innovative solutions which add value to the NHS.

Gareth’s expertise

  • Management of large financial teams including statutory account preparation, audit control, restructuring and capital sourcing
  • Development and deployment of business strategy with KPIs/PPIs implemented to ensure traction
  • Creation and design of new products and services to drive new revenue streams
  • Lead in risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Commercial Contract management including sales contract negotiation, and large-scale tender pricing
